Lincoln County Rural Water System uses recovery costs to improve the distribution system for expected demands in different areas. These are labeled Arterial Watermain Recovery Costs (AWRC). These charges are due before connecting to the water system.
LCRWS also has calculated costs for source water demands created by development. These costs are called Source Water Capacity Fee (SWCF). These charges are due before structures are connected to the water system.
